This is a subscription service, but it also includes many great free resources.

Coach Doug Video (3-6 year olds)

Coaches: You will have received an email from West Grey Soccer with your login and password to access the Coach Doug Video.

Electronic Game Sheet Process

  1. Each coach will go to the electronic game sheet site 

  2. Enter in the game number (found on the schedule)

  3. Enter in the information for your team
    ***You must enter player’s numbers for it to save.
    ***You only need to enter in your players’ information one time, and then it will be saved on the system for future games.

  4. Submit the form

  5. Once both coaches have entered in their information, the referee will go to the electronic game sheet site and enter in the game number

  6. The site will indicate if one, both, or neither of the coaches have completed their portion of the form

  7. The referee will enter in their information

  8. After the game, the referee will enter in the goals and cards

  9. Once the referee has completed the form, they will submit it (this locks the form and sends it in)

  10. An email with the game sheet information will be sent to each coach and the referee
